Oh, forget getting your express mail on time. My carrier is so lazy that she drops my mail off with the neighbors: signature mail! (even C.O.D.) deliveries are attempted. The neighbors run my mail in the evening to me, yet all the while I was at home, C.O.D. in hand, just waiting for the lazy carrier to actually attempt a delivery at my house.
A year ago, she honked her horn, while I threw on a robe to sign. Thank goodness for that. But once, I was home, as always (I am ill and unable to drive) she honked but I did not hear her through the walls of my new and foam-insulated home. Never again did she try to deliver any signature or C.O.D. mail to me.
Well my main complaint is the one woman who works there with the curly short hair (I can't remember her name) is always very rude to me and would never look up packages when I came in. I had a package that should have been delivered a week ago but I had not received it. So i went to the post office to see if they could track it or maybe they had it there but did not leave a slip for it in my mail box. When i gave her the tracking number, she said "I cannot look it up by this number" even tho I used it when the packaged first shipped online. No matter what i told her, such as that i had used the number in the past, she would not even attempt to use the number in her computer to even see if it would work or not. Back when i first moved to tunkhannock, my roommate and i were not getting our mail. So I went to the post office to see if they were holding it for some reason, same woman as above came to the window and i explained that we were not getting our mail and was wondering if it was at the post office for some reason. She never even checked to see if there was any mail. all she did was instantly respond "If we had any of your mail, it would have been delivered to you." Not even asking for my name or address, just said no. And just recently I had my mail forwarded to my new residence and instead of sending my mail to my new home, they started to send my mail back to the senders! Extremely pissed about that one! the Other bit is just rude employees!
سلام
I often get packages I have to sign for. Most of the time, instead of my package I get one of those slips that says "no one was home, pick up at post office". Now problem is, I'm normally doing daily chores in my kitchen around that time, and I've seen them pull up to my mail box from my kitchen window and put my mail in there and dive off. No attempt to actually knock on my door, or even pull into my driveway and honk. I'm watching you lady, I can see you didn't check to see if I'm home. I can track the package and know it's going to be here around 1:30. So this means that she had already decided not to try at the start of her route, because the slip that is delivered instead of my package was filled out by hand and placed in the middle of my other mail. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because I went and complained about it a couple times and the post master laid into her ass. It seems she's been doing this for a while. And it's gotten better since. Probably because she knows I'm willing to complain about her while I'm there getting the package she should have brought in the first place.
Here I am at home, with my C.O.D.
This post office is terrible. Crabby employees isn't even my biggest complaint. I have been working in Tunkhannock since September. Staying at the RV park. These idiots at the post office will give your mail to anyone with a pulse and never ask for ID. When I asked if they could hold my mail, they told me they would have to hold the entire Park's mail. The final straw for me was when I had an express package sent to me that took ten days for these people to deliver. Thanks to the Tunkhannock post office I will NEVER use the USPS for anything but to mail greeting cards.
Ask me how I am supposed to get to my C.O.D. mail when I cannot drive. I tried to walk once, but began to get very ill. I am prone to seizures and seizure activity. Humiliated, I called my neighbors. At least they show up.
